Website Use and Business Communication Terms
Rules for using the website and the basic framework for technical and business communication with INDEVO s.r.o.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the INDEVO s.r.o. website and the basic framework for enquiries concerning engineering, manufacturing and integration services. A specific commercial relationship is governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, contract or other terms agreed in writing between INDEVO s.r.o. and the customer.
2. Website information
Technical data, examples of tolerances, technologies and manufacturing capabilities presented on the website are informational and do not automatically constitute a commitment to manufacture a specific part or achieve a stated parameter without technical assessment of the relevant documentation. Photographs, videos, illustrations and other visual content may be illustrative and may not depict INDEVO s.r.o.'s actual production premises, machines, equipment, employees, completed projects or assets. Visual content is used under the applicable licences or permissions.
3. Enquiries and technical assessment
Submitting an enquiry (RFQ) or contact form does not constitute an order or conclusion of a contract. Before confirming a project, we may request drawings, 3D data, material specifications, tolerances, quantities, inspection requirements and other information necessary to assess manufacturability.
4. Quotations
A quotation is valid within the scope and validity period stated in the relevant quotation. Changes to documentation, quantity, material, tolerances, delivery requirements, inspection scope or follow-on processes may result in changes to price and delivery time.
5. Technical documentation
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documentation supplied for manufacturing. If we identify a technical risk or ambiguity, implementation may be suspended until it is clarified. Manufacturing in accordance with customer documentation does not constitute acceptance of responsibility for the functional design of the product unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Tolerances and manufacturing capability
Maximum accuracy figures stated on the website represent potential manufacturing capability subject to suitable geometry, material, process and measurement method. The feasibility of specific tolerances is confirmed only after technical assessment of the relevant part.
7. Delivery times
Delivery times are agreed individually and begin after the agreed input conditions have been satisfied, particularly approval of documentation and commercial terms. Changes in scope, material availability or external specialist processes may affect delivery.
8. Quality and claims
The scope of inspection and documentation is determined by the project or agreement with the customer. Any non-conformity should be reported without undue delay with sufficient identification of the delivery and a description of the issue to enable technical evaluation.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Customer drawings, 3D data and other materials are used for technical assessment and execution of the request. Website content, text, graphics and proprietary technical materials of INDEVO are protected by applicable rights and may not be used in a manner that infringes the rights of their owner. Where the parties have entered into a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), confidentiality is governed primarily by that agreement.
10. External processes
Where a project requires heat treatment, surface finishing or another specialised operation, it may be arranged through a qualified external partner. The scope of responsibility and applicable requirements form part of the specific commercial agreement.
11. Limitation of website information
We aim to keep website content accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every item will always be complete or error-free. Information confirmed in a specific quotation, purchase order, contract or other contractual document is binding.

13. Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Specific contractual terms or a separate agreement between the parties may govern dispute resolution or other conditions of the commercial relationship.
