TECHNICAL DETAIL

The fixture is part of the process

Tooling, inspection and assembly fixtures are developed around how they will actually be used. Ergonomics, repeatable location, serviceability and an unambiguous result for the operator are central.

Inspection fixtures

The concept starts with controlled characteristics, part datums and the required measurement repeatability.

Assembly fixtures

We address positioning, operator access, poka-yoke features, mechanical or pneumatic clamping and straightforward maintenance.

Mold components

Precision cores, sliders, lifters, inserts, ejectors and other mold components are manufactured to drawing.

Material & heat treatment

Material, hardness and subsequent processes are coordinated according to component function. Heat treatment is handled through qualified partners.

Repairs & modifications

For existing equipment we can address part modifications, replacement components or engineering changes driven by a current production issue.

Documentation

The manufacturing result must remain traceable. Documentation scope is defined according to the project and customer requirements.
