Technology is a means, not the goal

The manufacturing route is selected according to component function. CNC, EDM, grinding, sheet-metal operations and external processes are combined to meet the technical requirement without unnecessary operations.

CNC milling

Precision milled components, functional surfaces, pockets, bores and complex geometries for engineering and tooling applications.

Turning

Rotational parts, bushings, pins, shafts and combined turn-mill geometries.

Grinding

Finishing of precision functional surfaces and dimensions where higher geometric accuracy or surface quality is required.

EDM

Wire and sinker EDM for hardened materials, precise contours and geometries with restricted tool access.

Sheet metal

Laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly of sheet-metal components and subassemblies.

Secondary processes

Heat treatment, surface finishing, blasting and other specialised operations are coordinated through a qualified partner network.
