How we approach quality

Quality is not a separate room at the end of production. The inspection plan has to reflect component function, critical dimensions and process risks.

Input requirements

Before production we identify critical characteristics, tolerances, material requirements and the required documentation scope.

In-process inspection

Dimensions that can influence subsequent operations or process stability are checked during manufacture.

Final inspection

The finished component is verified against the agreed technical requirements before release for shipment.

Traceability

Depending on the project, identification, documentation and traceability are set so the manufacturing result can be verified retrospectively.

Non-conformance

When a deviation occurs, rapid containment, technical root-cause evaluation and prevention of recurrence are essential.

Quality system

Our processes are being developed toward a standardised quality-management system. Certification status is communicated transparently without presenting an unfinished process as complete.
