Quality Management
Certification in progressThe system is being aligned with the standard. This is not a claim that certification has already been granted.

Inspection, measurement, traceability and improvement are integrated into the manufacturing process from the first technical input to final part release.
We use ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as a framework for building our management system. Certification is currently in progress.

Quality is not a separate room at the end of production. The inspection plan has to reflect component function, critical dimensions and process risks.
Before production we identify critical characteristics, tolerances, material requirements and the required documentation scope.
Dimensions that can influence subsequent operations or process stability are checked during manufacture.
The finished component is verified against the agreed technical requirements before release for shipment.
Depending on the project, identification, documentation and traceability are set so the manufacturing result can be verified retrospectively.
When a deviation occurs, rapid containment, technical root-cause evaluation and prevention of recurrence are essential.
Our processes are being developed toward a standardised quality-management system. Certification status is communicated transparently without presenting an unfinished process as complete.
